Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and Trazir when you use the platform — what we owe you, what you owe us, and where the limits are.
Last updated 13 September 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Trazir platform, website and related services ("the Service"), operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Trazir ingests supply-chain documents, structures the data in them, tracks compliance readiness across frameworks including Higg FEM and Sedex SMETA, generates Digital Product Passports aligned to the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, and provides an AI assistant over your own data.
The Service is in active development. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.
3. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account.
- Tell us promptly at contact@trazir.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Accounts are for named individuals. Do not share one login across people.
- You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter a contract.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of everything you upload. Documents, records and any data derived from them remain yours. We do not claim rights in your content.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content strictly to operate the Service for you — including passing it to the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
You are responsible for confirming that:
- You have the right to upload what you upload.
- You have any consents needed where documents contain other people's personal data.
- Doing so does not breach an agreement you have with a factory, buyer or third party.
On request, and on account closure, we will return or delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy. Export your data before closing an account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Upload unlawful content, malware, or anything you have no right to share.
- Falsify records, or use the Service to create or present misleading compliance evidence.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, or probe, scan or test our security without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas or access controls.
- Use the Service in a way that degrades it for others.
We may suspend accounts that breach this section, with notice where practical.
6. Plans, fees and early access
Plan tiers and their limits are published on our pricing section. Several plans are marked "pricing coming soon" and are not yet billable — during this period they are provided free of charge as early access.
When paid plans begin, we will give at least 30 days' notice before charging an existing account, and you may decline by closing the account. Fees, once charged, are stated exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, and will try to schedule that outside peak hours and give notice for anything significant. During the development phase no formal uptime commitment applies unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
8. Compliance output is evidence, not certification
This is important, so it gets its own section. Trazir helps you organise, structure and present compliance evidence. It does not:
- Certify, audit or accredit anything.
- Guarantee that you will pass an audit or satisfy any regulator.
- Constitute legal, regulatory or professional advice.
Readiness scores, extracted fields and generated passports are derived from the documents you supply. Automated extraction is confidence-scored, not infallible, and you remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or submitting it to a buyer, auditor or authority. Regulatory requirements — including ESPR timelines and the CEN standards — change; you are responsible for your own obligations under them.
9. AI features
ASCO generates answers from your data using a third-party language model. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a starting point, verify anything material against the underlying documents, and do not use it as the sole basis for a compliance decision.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and the Trazir name and marks are ours and remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing — nothing more.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party providers and may link to or integrate with external systems. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or the outcome of any audit or regulatory process. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service — with reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data, except where a breach requires immediate action. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 16 survive termination.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. For material changes affecting account holders we will give notice before they take effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
17. General
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or transfer of the business. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and any written order form, are the entire agreement between us.
18. Contact
