Built in Dhaka, for the factories that have to prove it.
Trazir is a compliance and traceability platform for Bangladesh's ready-made garment industry — built where the garments are actually made, for the people who have to answer for them.
Why Trazir exists
Bangladesh exports garments to buyers who are about to be asked, by law, to prove where those garments came from. The EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation — (EU) 2024/1781 — introduces the Digital Product Passport, and textiles are expected to fall under it from 2029. The DPP Registry has been live since July 2026, and the supporting CEN standards (EN 18216–18223) are published.
Meanwhile the evidence that would answer those questions already exists. It sits in Higg FEM submissions, SMETA reports, chemical test PDFs, utility bills, packing lists and a great many spreadsheets — scattered across factories, emailed between merchandisers, and rebuilt from scratch every time an audit is scheduled.
The gap is not data. It is structure. Trazir turns the documents a factory already produces into a connected, queryable record, so that a buying house can answer "where did this come from, and can you show me" without a three-week fire drill.
What we believe
Compliance should be a by-product of normal work
Nobody should re-key the same data for a Higg submission, a SMETA audit and a passport. Capture it once, structure it once, and let every framework read from the same source.
Evidence beats assertion
A readiness percentage is only worth something if you can click it and land on the document it came from, with the factory that owns the gap named beside it.
Automation should not mean guessing
Extraction is scored, not assumed. Low-confidence fields are surfaced for a human rather than quietly written into a record that someone will later have to defend.
Built where the problem is
Trazir is engineered in Bangladesh, in the country that makes the product, for the European buyers who have to prove it complies. That is a deliberate choice, not an accident of geography.
What Trazir covers today
- Data engine — document ingestion, extraction and normalisation, with confidence scoring and smart linking to orders and styles.
- Compliance — readiness tracking across social audit (Sedex SMETA 6.1), environmental (Higg FEM 3.0), chemical, carbon and energy.
- Digital Product Passports — ESPR-aligned passport generation with GS1 Digital Link resolution, QR codes and public verification.
- ASCO — an AI layer that answers questions against your own supply-chain data rather than against the open web.
Where we are
Trazir is in active development and onboarding early partners. We are working with buying houses and factories who want to shape the product against real audit cycles rather than adopt it after the fact. Pricing tiers are published, but most plans are not yet billable — early partners get the platform, and we get the feedback.
If you run a buying house facing your next audit, operate a factory that is tired of rebuilding the same evidence pack, or want to integrate a system with ours, we would like to hear from you.
Who is behind it
Trazir was founded and is built by Minhazul Islam, a full-stack engineer working remotely from Dhaka for Zporter in Stockholm. The data engine, the planning and compliance modules, the passport layer and the AI layer are his work end to end.
